With Bentley's 100th anniversary set to be next year and the Mulliner division is celebrating its founder with a special edition of Mulsanne. It pays tribute to the company's founder father, W.O. Bentley and includes a piece of one of his cars.
The special model that can be purchased on a regular or long-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed was influenced by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. Its influence can be felt throughout the interior, including a Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet that features a display window with an image of the original crankshaft of the 8 Litre display inside.
Other highlights include a chrome-colored application that runs across the back of the vehicle, with an air vent with a photoetched B shape that features W.O. The front grille has been designed in 1930s-style Onyx and there's a chrome-colored application on the lower spoilers on the left and right. bentley bentayga key is also unique, sporting chrome mesh instead of the normal body-colored mesh as in the regular Mulsanne and also featuring the Flying B logo as well.
A key box engraved with the Bentley wings can hold two keys and is adorned with black flock lining, while individual key pouches are available to match or contrast with the key box. The knurling made of metal to metal on the key fob is reminiscent of the textures that are found in the interior of the car, such as the controls for temperature in the seat as well as the shift knob.
